Alcalalí wine museum

This museum, formerly an oil mill, was used by farmers from the town of Alcalalí and the neighbouring villages to transform grapes and olives into wine and oil. The mill was closed in 1998, and all of the machinery for the production of wine and oil was left in it. The town hall restored the building and the machinery and the building was converted into the Wine Museum. Visitors can learn about the process of wine and oil production through informational brochures and see the machines that were used.
