The OliOli mill is one of the few in the Valencia Region to produce ecological olive oil and it offers visits for tourists. The mill is located in natural surroundings of exceptional beauty, surrounded by olive trees and vines in the town of Requena.

Our winery is surrounded by hectares of vineyard with the ideal conditions for obtaining the best raw materials for our wines. We introduced night-time harvesting for the Albariño variety, a sparkling white Bobal bottled as “Tharsys Único” and an unusual sweet wine made using the sun-drying technique.
Our traditional family winery was founded in 1999 and is in the interior of the province of Valencia, in the area known as La Plana de Requena-Utiel. We produce our wines by selecting the best grapes from our own Designation of Origin, Los Balagueses, in addition to being covered by the Utiel-Requena PDO and our sparkling wines by the Cava PDO.
Hotel Rural Pago de Tharsys is small and friendly. It's set at the centre of 12 hectares of vineyard at the Pago de Tharsys winery, on the shores of the lake belonging to the estate.
The hotel was built on the site of an old flour mill and was set up with the aim of meeting all the needs of guests wanting a peaceful spot where they can get to know wine-making culture. A very special place to relax amongst the vines and explore the wonderful world of wine culture.
Between Utiel and Requena, just 45 minutes from Valencia, is Pago Vinícola Vera de Estenas, a modernist winery from 1876 located in the wide valley of the Magro River, near the mouth of the Estenas River in this tributary of the Júcar River.
Located in the Palace of El Cid, a fifteenth century Gothic building which has been converted into and is currently used as the Wine Museum, we invite you to take a trip through the uniqueness, location and history of wine from Requena.
Located next to the church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the museum’s halls exhibit an abundant amount of archaeological remains. The part of the museum dedicated to oenology shows the complete process of winemaking: from the preparation of the land, pruning of the vine and the harvest, as well as the passage of the grape through the winery and the bottling process. It also includes rooms dedicated to traditional clothing of the region and rural and urban housing between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The cloister of the convent is worth a visit to see its baroque vault.
Under the Historic-Artistic Centre of La Villa, there is a labyrinthine and interesting set of caves that have undergone different uses throughout history as homes, shelters, ossuaries, silos and wineries. These caves contain vessels that date back to the Middle Age, proof of Requena’s ancestral vocation to the art of cultivating vines and making wine.

We are located 3 km from our vineyards in Campo Arcís, only a few meters from the village centre. Our vineyards are not very large, but they boast a surprising variety of soils, giving a unique organoleptic richness to our wines. With more than over 90 years of winemaking and thanks to the nature of the soil, our wines offer a great fruity richness, body and balance.
