Our winery is surrounded by hectares of vineyard with the ideal conditions for obtaining the best raw materials for our wines. We introduced night-time harvesting for the Albariño variety, a sparkling white Bobal bottled as “Tharsys Único” and an unusual sweet wine made using the sun-drying technique.
We produce our wines under the Designations of Origin of Pago, Utiel-Requena and Cava. Amongst the varieties grown we are especially committed to the “Bobal” variety, a distinctive grape in the local area. We are also a leading producer of cavas, in fact, the owner Vicente García is regarded as “the father of Valencian cava”.
