Celler Mar de Vins is the project of a lifetime for two wine enthusiasts who decided to embark on this project to create small productions of genuine wines using traditional Mediterranean varieties and artisan, sustainable methods that respect the environment. Our watchwords are honesty, quality and the maximum respect for the vines and the wine itself.
We began our adventure in 2018 by acquiring a vineyard in Els Fustals, a property in the area of Alborache (Valencia) Months later, in August 2019, we took over a small space in La Nucia (Alicante), at the base of Mount Ponoig, which we turned into a cellar for making small batches of wine, treating the grapes with the utmost care and respect to produce wines of the highest quality.
We offer guided tours in which we explain the project and how all our wines are made, before holding a tasting session, accompanying them with craft cheese and cured meats from the mountains of the Marina Baixa. The visit takes approximately one and a half hours.
