Vermut experience among Millenary olive trees

We will visit the place with the highest concentration of monumental olive trees in the world, in the heart of the Maestrazgo, walking through fields where real wooden giants have been living across centuries, a symbol of the Mediterranean culture.

Then, we will move on to a traditional olive grove where these trees have been carefully cultivated for generations to produce this liquid gold called Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

From the hand of a wise farmer, we will learn all secrets about their cultivation. On the same estate, we will enjoy a guided tasting of monovarietal oils and will learn about their gastronomic applications. Our visit will continue in an olive oil mill to learn about the fascinating transformation process.
