Antonio López, a hotelier by profession, opened the doors of CamiVell in 1984. It started business 34 years ago as a sandwich bar, which gradually grew to become a landmark where traditional produce and gastronomy were guiding principles.

Municipal Museum (Alzira)

The Municipal Museum of Alzira (MUMA), opened in December 2008, takes a tour through the history and culture of the municipality of Alzira and the region of Ribera del Xúquer through five thematic sections: cartography, archaeology, history, fine arts and ethnology. The headquarters of the museum are located in the historic centre of the city, known as Villa de Alzira, a historic complex declared a Property of Cultural Interest.

The Ruta de los Monasterios de Valencia (Monasteries of Valencia Route) (Sendero de Gran Recorrido GR-236) (Long-Distance Path GR-236)), is a historic and religious path of medieval origin that was recovered and signalled to be travelled by foot, bicycle, on horseback or by car.
