Itinerantur

Itinerantur, a company committed to the mission of enabling you to discover the Castellón region in a different way.

At Itinerantur we do interpretative hiking and we promote sustainable tourism development. What does this mean? It's very simple: we walk on the trails and footpaths in our region while we tell you about natural and cultural heritage, which we believe are inseparable in the Mediterranean region.

Explora Maestrat

Explora Maestrat is a company that specialises in tourist experiences and authentic, responsible tourism. Most of our activities happen in the Maestrazgo and northern Castellon. Our proposals come from our passion for our land and our firm belief in the extraordinary potential for tourism in the region.

Our objective is to enjoy and offer a complete, authentic and unforgettable experience, linked to the heritage of the region in any form, going way beyond the classic guided tour.

Quesería Tot de Poble

Our family business is run by us, Óscar and Mayte, we're a couple from a little village in Castellón called Les Coves de Vinromà.

After some time learning with the best artisans, we embarked on this adventure four years ago and put our energy into working hard to develop our cheese shop, getting results that even we've been surprised by.

Two-month semi-matured cheese, six-month matured cheese, plus a vintage nine-month matured cheese, five-month cheese made with raw milk, a cheese with aromatic herbs and a blue cheese with its own distinctive character.

La Casa de las Setas

If you like searching for milk-caps, Caesar's mushrooms and morchella mushrooms, if you’re passionate about chanterelle and boletus edulis, if you like studying all kinds of fungi, whether they're edible, inedible or poisonous, then this is your online mushroom shop.

Formatgeria la Planeta

Our cheeses are made with raw and pasteurised sheep's milk at our own farm, Mas de la Creu, nestled between the mountains of Cati and Xert.

We use traditional methods alongside up-to-date techniques and materials, enabling us to control every single step in the process of making our cheeses.

We look after our sheep and they give us the milk we need to produce cheese, cottage cheese, curds and so on.

Pou de Beca

In Pou de Beca we have a very clear vision: to create a space for enjoying mountains, traditions and culture in the local area, as well as showcasing our varied cuisine. We’re a family business but we're not in this just for the financial gains, we're passionate about social and environmental issues, so we try to convince our customers to share our ethos of respect and collaboration.

Mar de Fulles

It all began with an intention: find a place where the landscape is preserved in its original state and nature speaks for itself. Everything should be felt, touched and observed as if the land was being trodden for the very first time. We wanted to create a rural tourism experience with minimal environmental impact.

Restaurante Mar de Fulles

Only a few metres away is our organic vegetable plot, from which we select the most delicious fruit and vegetables one by one. We invite you to connect with the origins of the land while you enjoy a healthy meal.

We have an open-plan room and an outdoor dining room seating up to 120 people, large windows with views of a beautiful mountain landscape and small areas for a more intimate gathering.

We want to convey our passion for gastronomy, so our open show kitchen allows you to watch how our chefs prepare every dish with painstaking care.

Persenda

Come and do one of our hiking activities in the Penyagolosa nature reserve in the province of Castellón and enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience.

We have a wide range of routes to choose from in the Penyagolosa nature reserve and the surrounding area. They all include the guided tour plus a gastronomic element, either lunch at a local restaurant or a tasting of local products.

Our star route is the Night Climb up to the Penyagolosa summit (1813m), an experience in which you can observe the full moon and some unique views.

7pobles.com

Our company was set up for the purpose of publicising Tinença de Benifassà and the surrounding area. This ancient region, first governed by Beni Hassan and later owned by the monastery of Santa María de Benifassà, has the best animal and plant life in the Region of Valencia spread across a large geographical area.
