Ray with prawns

INGREDIENTS
1 line of 400 or 500 g | 10 prawns | clams | fish stock| potatoes | almonds | 2 garlic | salt | pepper | saffron | Farga Milenaria olive oil


PREPARATION

  • Prepare the minced almonds and garlic.
  • Fillet the ray into four parts and peel the prawns.
  • Put the Farga Milenaria olive oil, the minced meat and the saffron in a saucepan. Once fried, add the fish stock and, when it starts to boil, add the potatoes, then the prawns and the ray fillets. Season with salt and pepper and add the clams. Leave to cook for about 10 minutes, stop the cooking process and then place on a plate.
