The trajectory of the Almazara Olivarera Cervol allows us to transmit the culture of olive oil to those who visit it, as well as the traditions and history of growing olives. We suggest you start the experience with a very unique visit to several Millenary Olive Trees in the area.
Then we will introduce you to the world of olive oil with a visit to our mill, where we will explain the process of making olive oil from the reception of the fruit, cleaning, beating and extraction, to storage and packaging. Finally, a guided tasting of our Cervol oils in their different varieties, where the basic principles of sensory analysis will be explained.
