Vall de Pop is a valley surrounded by the Marina mountains, a place where history and nature have come together to create a landscape with its own personality. From the Vall de Pop Mountain Bike Centre in Parcent, we can ride our bicycles into a world of sensations, where the Serrella, Aixortà, Bérnia, Cavall Verd and Carrascar mountains close in around villages, country houses, and old, abandoned Moorish towns. Along with vineyards and almond trees cultivated on terraces, they keep the millennial culture of dry stone and raisin cultivation alive.
The tourist tradition in this region, near the coastal hubs of Dénia, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm, the vast number of hotel choices and the excellent cuisine, along with the wineries that make the best Moscatel in the world, make this a paradise for cycle tourists. Cyclists from all over the world can visit year-round. Its routes start in different towns, such as Dénia, Castell de Castells, Benissa and Calpe. Route number nine can connect to the sea, since it reaches the city of Dénia. It was extended from Calpe later on, connecting the city of Peñón with the Mountain Bike Centre network. It also joins the El Comtat Mountain Bike Centre in Vall d'Alcalá.
