The Bodegueta de CASA PERITO opened in 1975, and since then our customers' trust and support have permitted three generations of this family business to give them the very best.
We are in Benlloch, a town in the heart of the province of Castellon, near the mountains and the coast, with a major local wine making industry nearby, and all this has played a part in our cuisine and the products we use to make our dishes.
We work mainly with products cultivated and prepared in our province to make traditional cuisine that we innovate with by using new culinary techniques to boost the flavours and properties of the products we use, which we combine and prepare with local wines and oils.
What makes us happiest is to see you enjoying local products: grilled meats, our rice dishes, cheeses, cured meats, jams, homemade desserts...
