Cervezas Alegría offers visitors the opportunity to take a guided tour of its Factory-Bar, where they can discover how the master brewer makes his gluten-free beers.
They will see the ingredients and the processes that are applied to make and bottle our Alegria beer. They will learn the best-kept secret of how to eliminate the gluten without losing flavour nor aroma, and they will be invited to discover the traditional craftsmanship that lies behind Alegria
Visitors will then be able to enjoy the beer in a curated tasting session. In the course of the session, they will taste 5 varieties of beer along with some bites in the bar or on the terrace. They will also learn how professionals taste beers (aroma, flavour, colour...) and serve it.
The visit will take between an hour and a half, and two hours. It is a different kind of activity in which you will learn a lot about this delicious nectar that has been a social lubricant for thousands of years.
